Why it exists
Kuvempu’s poetry is often remembered for its insistence on truth, on looking at oneself honestly, and on a life that is more than advantage. In a city where people meet dishonesty and conflicting priorities, integrity, compassion, and responsibility remain ordinary civic virtues.
The organisation takes those virtues as a starting point. It is not a political party, and this website does not attach it to an election, a caste campaign, or a demand for anyone’s loyalty.
The founder and Mata Pratyangira Devi
Sri Maharshi Guruji is the founder. His spiritual interests include traditional worship, devotional observances, and rituals associated with Mata Pratyangira Devi. Devotees in this stream may turn to prayer, meditation, pooja, and homa for peace of mind and strength.
Specific claims about qualifications, recorded achievements, or the effect of a rite are published only after the practice verifies them. None are invented on this page.
Values you will see repeated
Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah — may all beings be happy. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu — may all beings everywhere be happy and free.
They are aspirations. They do not cancel the need for law, medicine, or fair dealing in business. They do ask that a consultation leave a person with more agency, not less.

It is described as an organisation with a cultural and spiritual focus. Whether a particular programme is held in a shrine, a hall, or a home is confirmed for that programme.
Can I become a member?
Membership rules are not published here. Ask the practice directly if you wish to support or join its work.
Do you teach children?
If classes or cultural sessions exist, they are announced by the practice. This site does not describe a school that has not been confirmed.
Is the organisation the same as the astrology consultation?
They are related. Consultations are one activity. The organisation’s wider aim is cultural and devotional.
How do I invite the practice to an event?
Write through the contact form with the date, place, and nature of the event. Attendance is never assumed.
