Vastu consultant in Malleshwaram

Vastu Shastra, on this site, is a traditional conversation about direction, light, and the layout of a home or workplace. It is advice you can consider. It is not a threat.

What a visit can look at

Families ask about an entrance, a kitchen, a pooja corner, a bedroom, or a desk. Businesses ask about a cabin or a shop counter. The consultation can work from a floor plan, photographs, or a visit when one is agreed.

Suggestions tend to be practical: how a room is used, where a person sits, whether a simple change is even possible in a rented flat. Structural work needs an architect or an engineer, not a chart alone.

What Vastu is not, here

A toilet in a given corner is not described as the cause of death, divorce, or bankruptcy. You will not be told that harm is certain if you do not buy a remedy.

Vastu does not override building law, fire safety, or a landlord’s permission. It also does not replace a structural inspection.

Before the consultation

  • A simple plan or a few clear photographs, if you have them.
  • The direction of the main door, if you know it.
  • Whether you own the place or rent it.
  • The one problem you most want to discuss, rather than a demand to “correct everything”.

Questions

Do you visit the building?

Ask when you enquire. A site visit is arranged only if the practice agrees, and the meeting point is confirmed then.

Can a rented apartment be discussed?

Yes. The advice should respect what a tenant is actually allowed to change.

Are commercial spaces included?

Workplaces can be discussed. Legal compliance and interior execution are separate professions.

Will you insist on demolition?

No. Fear-based or destructive instructions are not the method of this practice.

Is Vastu religious?

It comes from Indian traditional knowledge and often sits beside household worship. You may ask for the architectural remarks without commissioning a rite.

How are charges shared?

Any fee is explained before you commit. This website does not publish a price that the practice has not confirmed.
